We are delighted to announce that on 27th February, 11 Belgrave reached an exciting milestone as we celebrated its topping out.
With the superstructure now in place, this brings us one step closer to the fast-approaching completion of this ambitious redevelopment project in the first quarter of 2024.
The topping out was marked with a special ceremony, held on the roof of 11 Belgrave in the heart of London’s Victoria and hosted by BAM Construction and Quadrum. Guests included he local community as well as key sub-contractors involved in the scheme.
Construction work started on this outstanding project in Spring 2022 and, once open, 11 Belgrave will take its place as a landmark workplace in one of the capital’s most vibrant and thriving neighbourhoods, offering high-quality, modern and flexible office space in a net zero building that combines stunning architecture and greenery with an exceptional occupier experience.
Setting a new standard in what the office of the future looks like, and meeting the needs and wants of the next generation of occupier, 11 Belgrave will offer 108,000 sq. ft of Grade A office accommodation alongside 14,000 sq. ft of best-in-class communal spaces, 13,000 sq. ft of beautiful green space including a garden, multiple terraces and a platform with 360-degree panoramic views across the iconic London skyline, a café which will be serving the general public as well as the occupier and an on-site gym with spa-like facilities.
Designed to be net zero carbon in both construction and operation, 11 Belgrave meets the highest sustainability and wellbeing credentials as the UK’s first design-reviewed 5.5 Star NABERS UK building, as well as BREEAM Outstanding and WELL ‘Platinum’ for health and wellbeing.
